PM AWAS YOJANA APPLY FORM –

पीएम आवास योजना (प्रधानमंत्री आवास योजना) भारत सरकार द्वारा शुरू की गई एक महत्वाकांक्षी किफायती आवास पहल है। इस योजना के बारे में कुछ मुख्य विवरण इस प्रकार हैं:

Benefit to be Given

PM Awas Yojna Rural –

• Under this scheme, full financial assistance of Rs 1 lakh 20 thousand will be provided to the beneficiaries .
• This amount will be given to the beneficiaries in three easy installments .
• After the application is approved, the first installment will be given at the time of new digging of the house
• The second installment is given at the time of half linter .
• the third last installment is sent to the account at the time of full linter .
• Along with this, the beneficiary will be given a separate financial assistance of ₹ 12000 for constructing a toilet in his house

PM Awas Yojna Urban

• One and a half lakh rupees are given by the government to the people of all the areas to build houses under this scheme
• using which the beneficiaries of all the areas can build permanent houses or the money is sent to their bank accounts in different systems .
• Along with this, a separate financial assistance of ₹ 12000 is provided to the beneficiary for constructing a toilet in his house.

Eligibility for the PM Awas Yojna

• The beneficiary must be a native citizen of India
• Applicant must be financially weak The applicant should not have a permanent residence anywhere in India.
• The beneficiary should not have already received the benefit from any other government accommodation.
• Households will be determined according to the parameters reflecting housing shortage in SECC 2011 data
• People of all castes get the benefit of this scheme but first priority will be given to Scheduled Caste/Scheduled
• Tribe minorities on the basis of criteria indicating the residence of each caste.
• Households with no adult between the ages of 16-59 .
• Landless families earn most of their income from daily wages.
• Maximum annual family income should not exceed Rs 18 lakh .
• For repair or improvement of house only for EWS/LIG category .

How to Apply for the PM Awas Yojna

The process to apply for both Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana Rural and Urban has been kept separate. Online application can be made for Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana Urban, the link of which we will provide you below. There is no way to apply online for Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana Rural. There is no provision for this, we will have to apply offline, complete information of which is given below-
