Documents required to get the rally place
(a) Admit Card – Printed on Laser Printer on good quality paper (Do not shrink the size of paper).
(b) Photograph. Twenty (20) copies of unattested Passport size coloured photographs developed on good quality photographic paper in white background not more than three months old Computerized / photocopied / shopped photographs will NOT be accepted. Photographs must be with proper hair cut and clean shave (except Sikh Candidates).
(c) Education Certificates – education certificate are required Metric/intermediate etc from recognized School/College/Board/University.
(d) Domicile Certificate – Domicile Certificate with photograph issued by Tehsildar/District Magistrate
(e) Caste,Certificate – Caste Certificate affixed with photograph of the candidate issued by the Tehsildar/District Magistrate
(f) Religion Certificate – Religion Certificate to be issUe_d by the Tehsildar/ SDM (if
religion as “SIKH/ HINDU/ MUSLIM/ CHRISTIAN” is not mentioned in caste certificate).
(g) School Gharacter Certificate – School Character Certificate issued by the School/College Principal/Headmaster where the candidates last studied.
(h) Character Certificate – Character Certificate with photograph issued by Village Sarpanch/Municipal Corporation’within last six months from the date of dispatch.
(i) Unmarried Certificate – Unmarried Certificate for all candidates to be obtained with photograph issued by Village Sarpanch/Municipal Corporation within last six Months .
(j) Relationship Certificate – SOS/SODUSOWSO\ A/r/ Candidates are required to produce the following documents .
- Relationship certificate issued from respective Record Office only duly signed by Record Officer with Personal Number, Rank, Name and particular of the Record Officer issuing the Relationship Certificate with office seal/stamp is endorsed. Relationship certificate should bear water marks of the concern Records.
- A declaration to the effect as mentioned in Affidavit on Ten Rupees Non Judicial Stamp paper prepared by the ESM duly signed by 1st Class/Executive/Judicial Magistrate is required to be submitted by the candidate at rally site. Format of affidavit is attached as per Appendix ‘B’.
- Original Discharge Book of Ex-Servicemen also to be produced. Name and date of birth of the candidate must have been recorded in it.
(k) NCC Certificate– NCC A/B/C Certificate and Republic Day Parade certificate should have photograph of the candidate duly attested by issuing authority. Provisional NCC A/B/C pass certificates will only be accepted if authenticated by concerned NCC Group Commanders. No bonus marks are to be allotted unless the certificate (Relationship/Sports/NCC) have been verified. An undertaking to the effect
will be obtain from the candidate. Provisional certificates are accepted only during the notified rally duration neither earlier nor later.
(l) Sports Certificate – 1. Sportsmen who have represented India at international level and State at
National level within the last two years (for list of sports under which relaxation in physical standards is admissible, attention is invited to www.joinindianarmv.nic.in website).
2. Sportsmen who have represented District at State level and University team or regional team at District level within last two years (Sports Certificate should be with registration number and from government recognized sport institutes / bodies)
3. List of Sports. List of Sports for enrollment is attached as Appendix’G’.
(m) Affidavit – Duly signed by candidate on Rs 101 Non-Judicial Stamp Paper as per specimen duly attested by notary will be submitted by candidate at the Rally Site without fail. Format of affidavit attached as per Appendix ‘D’. Submission of Affidavit is Mandatory to gain entry into the Rally. Candidates WILL NOT BE
PERMITTED to enter the rally without affidavit.
(n) Certificate of Bonus Marks – All original certificates / photocopies duly attested peftaining to Bonus marks will be accepted only during the Rally. No certificates to include NCC Certificates, Sports Certificate, Relationship Certificate or any other certificates to claim Bonus Marks / Relaxation would be accepted after termination of the Rally
(o) Sinqle Bank A/C. PAN Gard & AADHAR Card. Single Bank A/C, PAN Card & Aadhar Card are mandatory documents for final enrollment for purpose of Pay & allowances and other social benefits scheme
(p) Police Character Certificate.
(q) Sarpanch/Nagar Sewak (Residence Proof).
Special Instructions for Agniveer
(a) Any candidate who has not received admit card 05 days prior to the Rally, may approach Army Recruiting Office, further clarification.
(b)Candidate can apply in only one multiple trade/category, he will be disany trade/category. Choose wisely be online application, assistance will also working days from 1000 Hours to 1400 hours.
(C) Personnel e-mail lD and Mobile Number is MUST. All important messages will be sent to this e-mail lD/Mobile Number like short listed/call letter/joining instruction/result etc. Sharing of e-mail lD and Mobile Number is not permitted. Remember the User Name and Password for future use. (ARO will not be responsible for not getting required information if e-mail / Mobile Number of candidates given is
wrong/ changed).
(d) Candidate must carry their AADHAR Card as proof of identity which could be authenticated bio metrically at the Rally Site .
(e) Candidate’s Name, Father’s Name, Mother’s Name and DOB must be entered exactly as per Matriculation/1Oth Class Board Certificate,
(f) Candidate must enter contact details and permanent home address exactly as per Domicile/Nativity/Permanent Residential Certificate issued by Sub Divisional Magistrate/District Magistrate.
Age limit
- Candidate born between 02 January 2004 and 02 July 2007 (both dates inclusive) are eligible to apply.
- In case, a candidate clears all the stages of the Selection Procedure, then the upper age limit as on date of enrolment should be21 years.
Leaves Policy for Agniveers
- Annual Leaves – 30 Days Per Year will given to all Agniveers .
- Sick Leaves – Based on Medical advice given by the Doctors of Army .
Other Benefits for Agniveer
- Seva Nidhi Packaqe -when Agniveer discharge at 4 years, the corpus of 15.02 lakhs will be matched by the Government of India . Also amount of 10.04 Lakh & also accured interest will be given to the Agniveers . In case of Agniveers who are subsequently selected for enrolment in lA as regular cadre, the “Seva Nidhi” package to be paid to them will comprise only their contribution including accrued interest thereon In case of Agniveers exiting the service before the end of engagement period on their own request . the Seva Nidhi Package will be accumulate as on date * will be paid to them with applicable interest rate at that time the Seva Nidhi amount will be exempt from the Income tax
2. Pavment Modalitv – Seva Nidhi:Package :- there are Two options to receive Seva
Nidhi package will be provided to each Agniveer, first is with an aim to provide financial loans
for self employmen entrepreneurship through a bank Guarantee. second is also to meet
immediate/ incidental expenses, on exit. Firm details will be promulgated separately.
3. Life Insurance – All Agniveers will get 48 Lakhs of life insurance without any non -contribution .
