General Disqualifications for Air Force
Only Sikh Candidates, whose religion prohibits cutting of the hair or shaving of face,
shall be permitted to grow hair and/or retain beard and moustache. Accordingly, those Sikh candidates willing to retain the same as per laid down specification are to get their photographs with beard and moustache.
PROCEDURE TO APPLY
Candidates are required to download blank application form and other certificates hosted in sub tab “Application Forms”, under “Air Force LDC tab hosted on web portal https://agnipathvayu.cdac.in. Duly filled application form and other certificates may be submitted by normal post / drop box to / at any one of the locations indicated below, so as to reach on or before due date given in employment news notification. Applications not as per format hosted on above said web portal will be rejected. Applications received after due date will not be accepted. Candidature of candidates submitting multiple applications will be rejected in total. Incomplete applications, in terms of
information / documents, will be rejected. Applications are to be addressed to any one of the following locations

Some More Important Points
Employability– Agniveervayu Non-Combatant enrolled under this entry are liable to
be assigned specific duty in organisational interest, at the discretion of the Indian Air Force.
He will be deployed on the jobs related to Hospitality or Housekeeping Streams.
Training – On being enrolled, Agniveervayu Non-Combatant will be imparted specific
job training as per allotted stream based on Indian Air Force requirement.
Leave- Grant of leave will be subject to exigencies of Indian Air Force. The following
leave may be applicable for Agniveervayu Non-Combatants during their engagement period :-
(a) Annual Leave. 30 days per year.
(b) Sick Leave. Based on medical advice.
